Ronald Pratt

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Ronald W. Pratt, 71, passed away September 17, 2010. Mr. Pratt was born in Hopwood,Pennsylvania and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 50 years. He retired from Land O Lakes after 23 years, was a U. S. Army Veteran, a member of the Italian American Club and the American Legion Charles Faust Post 281. He had previously worked for Morgan Adhesive and Teledyne Monarch.

He is preceded in death by his father, Wayne and sister, Patty Lee Summers; he is survived by his wife, Mary (Zampelli); daughters, Helen Jean (Phil) Cardina, Jamie (Brian) Makebakken and Rhonda (Mark) Wilson; grandchildren, Cody and Kayla Makebakken, Kyle and Kaitlin Wilson; mother, Helen Pratt; siblings, Bill (Elaine) Pratt, Marlyn (George) Curnow; brothers-in-law, Michael (Dorothy) Zampelli and Vincent (Adelina) Zampelli.

Cremation has taken place and memorial calling will be held from 4-7 PM on Monday September 20, 2010 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls OH, 44221. Inurnment at Oakwood Cemetery Tuesday September 21 at 10 AM. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to St. Josephs Church and School 1761 2nd St. Cuyahoga Falls OH 44221.
