CUYAHOGA FALLS - Ruth M. Freshwaters, 89, passed away October 5, 2015. She was born in Barberton and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 28 years. Ruth enjoyed quilting and crossword puzzles.

Preceded in death by her husband, Harry and son, Robert; she is survived by sons, Dennis (Sandy), Richard (Laurel) and David; daughter-in-law, Susan Freshwaters, grandchildren, Joanne, Justin, Jason, Robert and Jodi; 11 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to express special thanks to the doctor, nurses and aides.

Friends may call from 6-8 PM on Friday October 9, 2015 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, where a funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday Oct 10 with Rev. Tom Heil officiating. Interment Stow Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice 300 N Cleveland Massillon Rd. Akron, OH, 44333.
