CUYAHOGA FALLS - Ruth L. Jessie Lewis, 97, passed away February 29, 2016.
She was born June 17, 1918 in Steubenville, OH to the parents, John C. Mott and Delia Mott of Manchester, OH. Ruth was a resident of Summit County most of her life. She had an extensive working career as a mother to John and James Brown who has since passed on. Ruth was an Avid PTA member at Lockwood Grade School and was employed by the Coventry/Portage Lakes Public School System, Cottage Grove School, and she was an office administrator at the YMCA on Bowery St. Ruth was also employed by the Warren Tiffy Care Center and Country Manor, where she received an award in 1988 of Most Prestigious Employee. She will surely be missed by those of us left to remember.
A funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Thursday March 3, 2016 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Interment Manchester Cemetery. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
