Ruth Seymour

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH - Ruth M. Seymour, 87, passed away Sept. 1, 2013. Mrs. Seymour was born in Jamestown, NY, graduated from Jamestown High School in 1944, had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since October of 1905 and lived in Bay Area, CA from 1962 to 2005. She was a member of the Vikings Club and had worked for Automatic Voting Machines in Jamestown and Pacific Gas and Electric in California.

Preceded in death by her parents, Helge and Maria Carlson and husband, Frederick William "Bill" Seymour, she is survived by her son, Craig Seymour and granddaughters, Willow and Rebecca Seymour, all in California; brother, Roger Carlson of Cuyahoga Falls and additional relatives in the Cuyahoga Falls and Jamestown, NY areas.

Cremation has taken place. No public services are planned at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
