Sandra Ambrose

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Sandra Marie Ambrose, 70, passed away November 25, 2020.  She was born February 1st, 1950 in Cleveland Ohio to the late John and Rosemary Makar.  They will be greeting her at the gates of heaven along with her beloved husband, Joseph Ambrose and cherished sister, Bonnie Makar.

Sandra ‘s footprint in life made a soft indention in the sand, careful not to disturb the outlying grains but steady and purposeful enough to leave an everlasting imprint. She found contentment in the simpleness of the life she loved, never questioning why to the things she could never have, just enjoying the things she did. This is an attribute on which she never wavered. True to herself until the very end. She will be greatly missed.

Carrying on her legacy are her children, Matthew and Sara Gillihan - Michell and Mark Campbell.

She was blessed to have six wonderful grandchildren; Maggie (Andrew) Popa, Josephine and Nolan Gillihan; Caden, Evan, and Case Campbell and the love of a great-granddaughter, Parker Popa.

She will be survived by her sisters, Sherri (Jim) Novak and Debbie Angel

Memorial service for friends and family will be held at Knollwood Cemetery located on 1678 Som Center Rd Mayfield Heights Ohio 44124 on Friday December the 11th at 2 PM.
