CUYAHOGA FALLS - Sandy Smith 66, passed away peacefully following a long illness May 11, 2014.
Sandy was born in Akron to Earl and Winifred Sockel and graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1965. She worked at O'Neil's and as a Cosmetologist and was a member of Grandview United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John; sister, Carol Taylor of Bexley, OH and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 17 in Grandview United Methodist Church, 2315 Phelps Ave, Cuyahoga Falls where a Memorial Service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Paula Koch officiating. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
