Sarah Shaw

STOW - Sarah Elizabeth Shaw, 25, of Stow, died peacefully September 19, 2005, at Akron City Hospital due to diabetic complications. Sarah was employed at Shaw Body Shop in Cuyahoga Falls.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Claude and Eleanor Shaw. Sarah is survived by her mother, Joan Wylie Shaw (Bill Martin); father, Thomas D. (Pat) Shaw; step-sister, Michele (Matt) Lamb of NC; step-brother, Thomas Shafer; aunts, Marilyn Richardson, Karen (Andy) Minoff of NV; uncles, Larry (Joann) Shaw, Jim (Theresa) Shaw, Fred (Jane) Booth; many cousins, nieces and nephews; special friends, Sharon Starcher, Crystal Aragon and the "Group Jungle" bunch.
Sarah graduated from Our Lady of the Elms High School in 1998 and attended Kent State University. She liked making jewelry, stamping, riding her motor scooter, dancing, spending time with friends and enjoying her miniature schnauzer, Eleanor Rigby.

The family would like to thank the many kind doctors and nurses at Akron City Hospital who extended such professional, compassionate care to Sarah.

Our beloved daughter will be greatly missed.

Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Church, Cuyahoga Falls, Fr. James Marsick officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
