Stanley Thomas

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Stanley L. Thomas, 67, passed away August 24, 2012.

Mr. Thomas was born in Steubenville, OH served in the US Air Force and resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 46 years. He was an avid blues music fan and enjoyed baseball, hiking, coin collecting and golf.

Preceded in death by his parents, Isabelle and Leonard Thomas, he is survived by his wife of 46 years, Karen, sons, Stanley Thomas, Jr. of Columbus and Jason (Lori) Thomas of Zanesville; grandson, Austin; sisters, Renee (Ted) Marsh and Lita (Ron) Trimmer both of Steubenville and cousins, Marion (Ann) Moten, Joyce Kearney and Tina Smith.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, August 27 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 28. Dr. Richard A. Hasler officiating. Interment will be at Chestnut Hill Cemetery. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
