Thelma Williams

Cuyahoga Falls- Thelma Williams, 97, peacefully slipped away March 8, 2022. Born in Cumberland, Maryland and lived most of her life in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School Class of “44”.

Preceded in death by her parents, Charles W. Tasker and Mary Ellen (Wilson) Tasker; sister, Irene S. Tasker Smiley Cass; brother, Floyd M. Tasker; husband, Clyde F. Williams; special nephew, Larry Cass and daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and Andrew Wayco.

She is survived by her sons, Dennis Williams of Cuyahoga Falls and Gary (Linda) Williams of Madawaska, Maine; granddaughters, Tracy and Denise (Rob); greatgrandchildren, Jarred, Zachary and Skylar. Her adopted niece, Marlene Cass and many other family members from all over.

She really enjoyed drawing, sewing, gambling, shopping and spending time with family.

Would love to say thank you to Hospice of Western Reserve. The care you gave her from day 1 to her last day. We will never forget you all.

 Friends may call one hour prior to a 11 AM funeral service on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
