CUYAHOGA FALLS - Theodore "Ted" R. Vaughan, 83, passed away January 19, 2017.
He was born in Akron and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 60 years. Ted graduated from North High School in 1952. He was the owner/operator of Vantage Mold and enjoyed traveling and antiquing.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Jane; and son Robert "Bob"; he is survived by his daughter, Cindy Vaughan, son, Jeff (Lou Ann); and grandchildren, Michael, Michelle and Chrissie.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Gardens of Western Reserve.
Friends may call from 1-3 PM on Sunday January 22, 2017 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, where a funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Monday January 23. Interment Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Summit County 7996 Darrow Rd. Twinsburg, OH, 44087. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
