Theresa Haidnick

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Theresa M. (Terry) Haidnick age 96, died October 14, 2018.

Terry was a lifetime resident of Cuyahoga Falls, graduated from Falls High School, class of 1940, and Actual Business College. She was employed by General Tire/GenCorp with 40 years of service. She was secretary to M.G. O’Neil for 36 years. After retirement in 1987, she continued working for the M.G. O’Neil Foundation. She was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Church and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, and a member of Generettes, a group of retired General Tire office women.

Terry enjoyed extensive traveling throughout the United States, Canada, and various European countries. She enjoyed many cruises on the QE 2 which included three return trips from London on the Concorde.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Andrew and Theresa; brothers, Sgt. Andy Jr., Jacob and George; sisters, Katherine, Magdalene, and Mary Lou. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Thursday, October 18, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 1761 2nd St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Private inurnment at Oakwood Cemetery.

In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
