Thomas Patrick Brown

Thomas Brown, 59, devoted son, husband, father and brother passed away on June 18th, 2024, after a long fought battle with Leukemia. 

Tom was obsessed with cars (and animals) from a young age and after many years in Standardbred horse racing, decided to get into the car business. Starting in the wash and get ready department, he worked his way up to sales, then management, eventually finding his sweet spot in finance. He was always willing to mentor and teach anyone who wanted to pick his brain. He was always quick to make you smile and had a positive attitude until the end. 

He was preceded in death by Father Raymond A. Brown Sr., Mother Barbara Brown (Minnick), aunts Patricia Oakleaf (Minnick), Dr. Catherine Minnick, and uncle William H. Minnick Jr. 

Thomas will forever be missed by his wife of 25 years, Carla Brown (Frye); son, David Alfa; brothers, Raymond A. Brown Jr., James Brown (wife Cheryl) , William Brown, John Brown, sister Patricia Myers (Brown); Brother In Law, Matthew Frye who he loved like a brother; nephews and nieces, Jacqueline Brown, Mariah Brown, Vanessa Brown, Zachary Brown, Melissa Mader, Mishca Mader, Jonathan Myers, Ashley Palko, Michael (wife Amanda) Palko and Grace (Myers) Simon (husband Joey) and dozens of loving cousins and extended family who he was very close to. 

In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Leukemia Lymphoma Society 

There will be a visitation on Saturday June 29, 2024 from 1pm to 3pm with a funeral service immediately following at 3pm at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Also in fulfilment of Tom's wishes the Clifford Mini Auto Museum will be open and the family would like you to go through it during the visitation.
