CUYAHOGA FALLS - Thomas J. Conner, 78, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on September 21, 2013. He was born in Hinton, West Virginia on December 24, 1934, the son of the late Leo and Lela Mae (Meader) Conner. Thomas resided in the area for over 46 years and worked many years for Makebakken Painting Company.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Conner in June 2012, and his brother, Samuel.
Thomas will be greatly missed by his daughter, Brenda (William) Haubert, of Tallmadge; grandsons, William (Donna) Haubert, of Cuyahoga Falls, and Thomas Haubert, of Jacksonville, FL; great granddaughter, Paige Haubert, and his brothers, Edward, Leonard, Robert and Kenneth and sister, Maureen.
To honor his wishes, there will be no calling hours. A committal service will be held at Glendale Cemetery, Tuesday October 1, at 10:00 a.m. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
