Thurman Wilkinson

AKRON -Thurman Roy Wilkinson, 68, formerly of Champion, Ohio, passed away peacefully Monday, April 21, 2008 at Pebble Creek Nursing home. Born November 13, 1939 to Charles & Irene Wilkinson, who preceded him in death. Survivors include his loving companion, Peggy Hurley and his 3 children, Laurie (James) Perry of Plainfield, IL, Julie (Dave) Hionas-Brady of Warren, Ohio and James (Cheryl) Wilkinson of Fountain, Colorado; and 12 grand children with 2 great-grandchildren; and 4 brothers, Robert G, Jerry Lee, Charles H. and James A. Mr. Wilkinson served in the U. S. Army and was a member of Oriole Nest #167.
Calling yours will be held Friday, April 25, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. The funeral will be 10;00 a.m. Saturday, April 26 with a short viewing prior to the service. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Akron, Ohio. A Military Service will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281.
