Wanda J. Quick

COPLEY - Wanda J. Quick, passed away February 7, 2022. She was born in Akron, OH and resided in Copley. Wanda worked many years as an Avon salesperson and later worked as a medical records clerk for Akron Children's Hospital. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, fishing and spending time with her greatgrandchildren. Wanda was a very caring person that loved to help others and was a rockstar Bingo player.
Preceded in death by her parents, George and Vida O 'Shell; husband, Guy; brothers, Ben, Fred and Homer O' Shell and son-in-law, Melvin Thomas; she is survived by her daughters, Sandra Thomas and Jackie (Vern) Ingersoll; grandchildren, Tamara Conrad, Melvin "Zach" Thomas, Jennifer (Anthony) Goldyn, Michael (Elizabeth) Zorena, Nichole (Robert) Grambo, Adam (Vanessa) Ingersoll and Kalyn (Jeremy) Gann; greatgrandchildren, Guy, Angela, Vivian, Nolan and Emily.
A memorial service for Guy and Wanda will be held at 1PM on March 13, 2022 at the Sharon United Methodist Church, 6407 Sharon Rd. Wadsworth, OH 44281. A light lunch will be served for family and church members between regular morning services and the memorial at 1. A private Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Summa Hospice 1077 Gorge Blvd Akron, OH 44310.
