STOW - Wendy J. Gibson, 62, passed away April 13,2016.
Wendy was born in Englewood, NJ and grew up in Fort Lee, NJ. She graduated second in her class at NYU Law School. She worked for 35 years as a bankruptcy attorney at Baker and Hostetler. She enjoyed family, hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities, bridge, and was a voracious reader.
She is survived by her mother Hilma, her husband Kenneth, her brother Robert, and her children Christopher and Craig; grandchild, Blake, and many other friends and family.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 15th, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Happy Days Lodge, 500 W Streetsboro St, Peninsula, OH 44264.
In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Conservancy for CVNP at 1403 West Hines Hill Rd, Peninsula, OH 44264; Cuyahoga Falls Woman's Club at 830 Munroe Falls Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221; or to the First Church of Christ, Scientist 2390 4th St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
