William Hallauer

CUYAHOGA FALLS - William "Bill" Hallauer, 68 passed away August 14, 2016.

Bill was born in Wadsworth and resided most of his life in the Akron area. He graduated from North High School in 1966. He worked at the Summit County DD Board. He coached Special Olympics for several years and attended Christ Community Chapel in Hudson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald and is survived by his wife of 25 years Debra; children, Shannon Roupe of AZ and Brad Burtrand of Cuyahoga Falls; five grandchildren, Austin, Katlyn, Michael, Rafeton, Emmaline; mother, Dorothy Hallauer of Cuyahoga Falls and many friends.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 19 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls and one hour prior to a 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service, Saturday, August 20, Pastor Jim Case officiating. Final resting place Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorial may be made to Weaver Sports Booster Club, C/O Pam Davis, 630 North Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
