CUYAHOGA FALLS - William E. Mallery, 97, passed away March 30, 2017.
He was born in Akron and resided in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 61 years. William was a WWII veteran serving his country in the U.S. Navy flying Blimps. He worked as an electrician for Ohio Neon, Bellows Sign and Goodyear. William was a member of Coventry Lodge 665 FandAM and enjoyed caring for animals and spending time with his family.
Preceded in death by his wife, Norma; great-grandson Jonathon Vuick he is survived by his daughter, Saundria Taldo; grandchildren, Debra (Ed) Papp of Tallmadge and Michael (Mindy) Vuick of Alabama; great-grandchildren, Sandi (Nathan) Malish, Eddie (Reina) Papp, and Clayton Vuick; great-great-grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Eddie, Ethan, Sara and Hannah.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to all of his extended care giver family, we couldn't have done it without you.
Friends may call one hour prior to an 11 AM funeral service on Monday April 3, 2017. Interment Crown Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to One of A Kind Pet Rescue, 1929 W Market St, Akron, OH 44313 or the Deyarmin Foundation, 488 N Munroe Rd, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
