William White

CUYAHOGA FALLS - William Edwin White, 85, passed away January 31, 2016. Mr. White was born in Alliance, OH and graduated from Geneva High School and Ohio University, then served as a First Lieutenant with the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was employed as an Insurance Adjuster for GAB.

Preceded in death by his wife of 27 years, Jean. He is survived by his son,, Bill (Pam) White of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren Richard Yako, Rebecca (Jeremiah) Jurcak and Michelle Yako; great-grandchildren, Makayla, Isaiah, and Ayane; sister Patricia (Ronald) Lapham and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 4, in Ashtabula Edgewood Cemetery. Military Honors by American Legion Post 103 Honor Guard.
