Wilma Wolfe

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Wilma Jo Wolfe, 84, passed away on Thursday, March 05, 2015. Wilma was born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, on March 18, 1930; daughter of the late George and Josephine (Wilson) Thomas. She was a 1948 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Always there when you needed her, no matter what. She loved her family without reservation and had a wonderful sense of humor. She was also an animal lover and enjoyed many pets over the years. She retired from Morgan Adhesives in 1992. She was involved with the Cuyahoga Falls Travel Club for many years. She was a member of St, Eugene's Catholic Church and loved the Mass.

Preceded in death by husbands, Edward G. Plymale and Theodore J. Wolfe, and her daughter, Denise Bender in 2012. She is survived by daughters, Linda Plymale, of Barberton, and Penny (Mike) Hubbard, of Jackson Twp.; step-son, Randy Wolfe; son-in-law, Jeffrey Bender, of Firestone Park, Akron; grandchildren, Frank E. (Barb) Zugaro, Lori (Mike) Bishop, Tamara (Mike) Cole, Samantha Hubbard, Alexandra Hubbard, Jessica Hubbard, Jeffrey Bender; great-grandchildren, Christopher Bishop, Juliana Bishop, Addyson Zugaro, Hayley Zugaro, Austin Cole, Kylie Cole and Sophia Cole. She enjoyed the company of many relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Friends will be received on Monday, March 9, from 5;00 to 8:00 p.m. at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls OH 44221. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Eugene's Catholic Church, 1821 Munroe Falls Ave, Cuyahoga Falls on Tuesday, March 10 at 10:00 a.m., Father Neil Crosby officiating. Interment will take place in Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions, if desired, may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 525 N Broad St, Canfield, OH 44406 or PAWSibilities, Humane Society of Greater Akron, 7996 Darrow Rd, Twinsburg, OH 44087 in lieu of flowers.
