Prices effective as of April 1, 2023 and are subject to change without notice

The goods and services shown in this price list are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.



This list does not include prices for items that you ask us to pay on your behalf, such as clergy honoraria, newspaper notices, death certificates and cemetery or crematory services. The prices for those items will be shown on you bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTORS AND STAFF

Our fee includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; care of remains, arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; preparation of services; and coordination with those providing other services, e.g. clergy, cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic service and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This Fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving of remains.

EMBALMING

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you pay for it, such as a direct cremation or immediate burial.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME

This charge includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations, and local transportation of remains for shipment. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body

Our charge for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, basic services of the staff, care of remains, necessary authorizations and cremation process. This charge does not include the use of facilities or staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the

cremation. (If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers that we provide for purchase are unfinished combination wood and cardboard boxes.)

IMMEDIATE BURIALS

PAYMENT POLICY

To lose someone you love can be a devastating experience. It can be traumatic and influence decisions that must be made. Therefore, it is important to be realistic with funeral expenditures. We do not want your choices to be more than is affordable nor less than you would like to arrange. What is important is that arrangements be kept within your wishes and budget. We believe in the recognition and meaningful memorial or celebration of a life that has been lived and will assist in arranging an appropriate service to meet your individual needs.



Provisions for payment for all funeral merchandise and services selected must be made at the time arrangements are made. Acceptable Methods of Payment: Pre-funded funeral arrangement, Cash, Check, Assignment of Life Insurance proceeds, Visa or MasterCard. Cash advance items to be paid at the time of the arrangement conference or service.
